"We are psyched to start this new chapter of Siamese. Hopefully stronger and better than ever before. Picking up from the universe of HOME the new songs find us experiment a lot more with our sound. You can expect songs that sound like 2004, 2010 and hopefully 2030 too. This is what we always wanted as the core of the band to be, and ‘On Fire‘ is an excellent appetiser of just that."
lyrics
Tell me was I led on?
Like a bird in a cage
Did you dangle hope in front of me
Did you know it wasn't meant to be
Cause you were so convincing
You stole all of my sympathy
I'm done with being what you need
Now everything is finally clear to me.
Look me in the eyes
And preach to the choir
Preach to the choir
Say all your goodbyes
Cause down to the wire
You're still a liar?
On fire
As I was being led on
Like a ship lost at sea
Please can you finally tell me
Now our colors start to freeze
Cause you were so convincing
You stole all of my sympathy
I'm done with being what you need
Now everything is finally clear to me.
Look me in the eyes
And preach to the choir
Preach to the choir
Say all your goodbyes
Cause down to the wire
You're still a liar?
On fire
One of my top albums from 2023, "Ultraviolet" unloads banger after banger from start to finish, resonating with a passion and honesty that echoes CJ-era Dream State for me. Top-shelf. themeegs
AMAZING album from start to finish. An emotional journey that grabs you by the nape of the neck and never lets go. I happened upon this album from nowhere, and I'm so thankful that I was brought into their universe. A mixture of several different musical genres - early 1990s alt rock, pop, funk, intricate prog rock, black metal, folk... the result is nothing short of breathtaking. A superb album by a wonderfully creative band. Thank you for existing. wymanchoyphotography666
This might be the band that displaces Metallica as my favorite heavy metal band! It's heavy and has social commentary, which are my two favorite things in music. flannel_bear
Supplementing sasscore insanity with bolstered vocals and pop-punk songcraft, the California band are kicking ass and breaking boundaries. Bandcamp New & Notable Apr 21, 2024
